Remote Dial-In and Telephone Support
If we can rectify your problem over the phone by directing somebody to the fault or dialing in to fix the fault:
£50.00 per hour – 15 minutes min charge (£12.50)
90% of problems should be rectified by this support method.
Monthly Server Contract:
Let us maintain your server.
Monthly cost of £100.00.
Includes: Updating software, restarting the server, error checking, virus checking, data backup analysis, e-mail size analysis, event log checks, hacker alerts, disc size limits.
Critical Call-Out
£75 per hour – 1 hour minimum charge.
Same day if reported before 10.00 am
After 10.00 am we will attend before 13:00 hours the following working day.
Non-Critical Call-Out
£50.00 per hour – 1 hour min charge.
To be diagnosed within 3 working days.
